Does someone need to be home when the Maids arrive?
No, if you do not plan to be home upon arrival of your assigned Maid, please leave home unlocked, or key outside.

How do I pay?
We accept many forms of payment! Credit/Debit (Square Merchant), Zelle,  and Venmo.

What does my cleaning include?
Your service from University Maid will include everything listed in the package details. All areas listed will include cleaning from ceiling to floor. If required, please contact support for further assistance.

When will my Maid arrive?
Please note, due to unique cleaning requirements in various homes, services may be delayed 30-60 from scheduled start time. You will be notified by a team member if the situation occurs. 

How long does the average cleaning last?
Generally, our cleanings last 2-4 hours based on service needs. Take note, the homeowner is not required to stay at the home throughout the duration of the service.

What if I'm not happy with the outcome of my service?
To ensure each of our customers are happy with the services provided by us, each housekeeper will complete a checklist to ensure the cleaning is completed to our professional cleaning standard. In addition, once the service is complete, our team member will give a walkthrough tour with the customer to ensure 100% satisfaction guarantee.

What if I want to book for my son/daughter?
Fantastic, in the “Customer Information” section of the booking, please put your son/daughters address, apartment number, contact number, as well as any additional details needed.
